Bottle from the Bierkoning BB 21-8-2014 (just in time!). Neck was absolutely filthy, heavy yeasty crust everywhere, hard not to get any in the glass. Anyhow, poured a murky gold pour with white head. Aroma is really hoppy, intense citrusy, piney hops, orange peel. Taste is very bitter, citrus rind, pine, resinous, very well done hoppiness, a bit over the top on the bitterness. I can only imagine what it was with all the super fresh hops when this was just released, it still smells and tastes quite good, so it must have been pretty phenomenal. Would love to drink some more of this fresh.

cloudy yellow beer. Lots of foam coming out of the bottle. A bit sour, hoppy and flavours of malts, great smell.

A pretty good IPA, very yeasty and thick, more like a hoppy witbier. Some citrus and grass. Tried at the Fab Friday event in Utrecht with Nick in 2014.

Pours a hazy golden color, topped with a decent off color head. The malty aroma is complemented by some fruits, citruses and slight yeast. The taste is fruity with very decent bitterness in the end. I guess it’s OK, but nothing special.

Bottle@Home. Light fruity, malty, grassy aroma with a hint of dough. Hazy, yellow, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, very bitter, fruity, light grassy, to harsh bitterness actually in the finish. Good body though.

Troebel licht amberkleurig met veel gistvlokken.. Wel een goeie kraag. Geweldig hoparoma, erg fruitig, lychee en ananas. Smaak ook erg fruitig en ietwat peperig. Goeie IPA!

Draft @ De Molen. Pours a hazy golden beer with a small creamy white head on top. Aroma is citric, floral and yeasty. Flavor has some sour, Brett touches, very bitter in the finish. Rather unbalanced, goes from light sour to very bitter in an instant, which is quite a shock. Very interesting, but not too good of an IPA to me unfortunately. Still okay.

Bottle @ home. Clear light orange color, small to average sized off-white head. Aroma is lightly malts, hops, lightly citrussy. Tastes the same: lightly malts, hops, a bit citrussy and lightly bitter. Decent body, firm carbonation.

25 cL bottle shared. Appearance: hazy orange with a medium soapy off-white head. Aroma: Mango and light citrus. Taste: Good grapefruit bitterness upfront, then becomes more mellow with some wheat tones, befor the bitterness goes up again in the finish. Medium thin body with good carbonation, mildly dry palate Nice IPA with a little wheat twist.
