COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Licht en elegant bier met een geur van appel, cider en witte wijn. Mooie friszure smaak met een beetje boerderijleven van wilde gisten en een zweem eikenhout. Dryhopping met amarillo-hop.

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared with Erwin Van Moll. Hazy light orange color, small quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is brett-ish, citrussy, slightly orangepeel, slightly the amarillo hops come through. Tastes about the same: brett-ish, green apple, citrussy, orangepeel, a touch of the amarillo hops and a nice sour-bitter finish. Suitable body, low carbonation. Lovely brew, very refreshing.

Countbeer (4748) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 31, 2014
Bottle: Served in a shaker: Snall white head, disappears quick, leaves some bubbles on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of grapes, berries, wild yeast, apricot, light woody, light tart and some flowers with a malty sprinkle. Flavour has loads of white wine notes, grapes, some oak/wood, some earth, some wild yeast, some apricot, light tart, light bitter, malty bitter, grape tarty. Nice but prefer the previous version a bit more! Aftertaste is grapes with earth and some malty bitters and older apricot with a yeasty sprinkle. Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel, more than just medium bodied and a light watery texture. More than decent, prefered the other one more, but for sure some beers not to be missed!
