Bottle, 375ml, from trade with fonefan. It pours a clear, golden body, rather flat, but with some white bubbles on top. Lightly acidic, citric aroma with some leather and barnyard. Hints of maltyness. The flavor is perhaps a tad simple, but very pleasant. Pleasant carbonation level, rather dry, but with a little sweetish touch. Citrus peel, oak hints, leather and barnyard in the flavor. Some grapes. Lasting finish. A very quenching one, and sure tasteful and pleasant. 140418

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of malt, vinegar, brett and white wine. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a sour, dry, woody and fruity finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

1/II/14 - 75cl bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a, bottled: 15/II/13 (2014-144) Thanks to Joes for sharing the bottle!

Little hazy ochre yellow beer, aery fizzy irregular white head, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, bit sugary sweet, peaches, bretta notes, little funky. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit lemony, lemonade stuff, little bitter, grapefruit, lemon peel, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: lots of bretta character, bit lemony, bit metallic, soapy touch.

Bottle sample 75cl @ BAB’14. Thanks Joris.

THX! to Joris sampled a fair share from a 75 cl. bottle @ Brugs Bier Festival 2014. Bottled on 15/02/2013. 75 bottles made. Hazy orange, little head. Light brett in the nose, indeed as per booklet reminiscent of cider, apples, apricot, funk, mellow tart, very balanced. Taste is fine carb. apple, cinder, light white wine, quite a bit of apricot, brett, citrus, fruity. Super easy to drink, rich, interesting, stellar brew, really liked it.

Small white head over hazy orange beer. Sour, preserved oranges, curry, turmeric, spicy. Nice! Lactic acid, fruity, ciderish, bit of sweet(ish) bread, or Belgian sandwiches. Dry, acidthinning, yet quite slick. Surprising - and quite good. Another discovery - but if I look at the full turnout of this brand-new brewery, I wonder how serious to take them. Many thanks to Joris E.!

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is slight acidic, funky, yeast, citrus and floral. Taste is light to moderate sweet, some sweetness and maltiness. Not much hop prescence. Medium bodied. Pretty good. Long fruity finish.
