COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. Slightly hazy deep golden color, short head. Aroma of citrussy and grassy hop, some soft brett, hint of wood. Some onion and garlic, but I’m cooking with these ingredients, so I could be a bit biased by that. Medium bitterness in taste, citrussy. Quite dry finish, the brett has surely eaten all the remaining sugars. Bitterness gets a bit on the harsh side, because the brett dried it out so much. Decent beer, awesome name.

750ml bottle. Minimally cloudy golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, white head. Nice, slightly ephemeral bretty aroma. Taste is slightly hoppy, bretty; brett flavours again ephemeral. Nothing else and therefore kinda monotonous and one-dimensional.

75cl, new exclusive Dutch brew Anno 2012, with Brettanomyces, from Biernavigatie Webshop, complex bitter brew, bitter/fruity and slightly malty/woody, easy to drink, balanced, cloudy, small head, good brew, yet expensive!

Hazy orange body with small white head. Super nice brett, light beady yeast. Some orange, fresh hops. Awesome! Light refreshing body, pleasant malty body. Light bitter, well dry. Full of flavour. Wow, so light yet rich and drinkable. Well hopped and finished before I knew it. Just the right amount of yeast and cellar aromas. Saison and English IPA mix. Nomnomnom. More please! (75cl bottle from my secret Sinterklaas!)
