’A beer you can’t refuse’.

Hopfather 2 heeft twee verschillende dryhoppings gehad, eerst Cascade, later Smaragd.

Ingredienten: Water, gerstemout en hop

Foodpairing: Curry, creme brulee, gorgonzola

Corked bottle from martinus, thanks! Golden color. American hops in the aroma. Citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and peach. Firm earthy grassy hopbitter flavor with lots of citrus. Thinnish. Plastic and earthy hops in the finish. Good beer!

Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, quite fruity, pine, light floral, light malts. Pronounced bitter flavour, malty, light sweet honey, light fruity/floral. Light bitter finish, malts, honey.
Nice but a but more subdued than the hopfather 1 -which I prefer.

Hazy golden body, white head. Floral, dark hops, peach and some spice. Farmhouse again. Smooth bitterness, more herbal than the 1. Light differences but both great. (At ZZT V)

75cl bottle thanks to Martinus @ ZZT V. Opaque yellow color, full sized fizzy white head. Smell hops, fruits and butter. Taste hops, bitter and fruityness, but the carbonation is too high and gets in the way of the flavor. High carbo, medium body.

@ZZT V. Hazy orange colour with a decent white head. Smells freshly caught ’voorn’ (type of fish), hoppy, slightly dusty, fruity. Tastes hoppy, fruity, fresh and nice. Slightly dusty in the taste also. Too much carbo, medium body.
