Bottled, lost the card so got no info on bottle date, large sample. Hazy to cloudy yellow to golden color, big rocky white head. Aroma of pineapple, lemon, citrus, bubblegum, quite some brett, hint of grainy malt. Lemony and citrussy sweetness in taste, hint of sour, quite dry, bitter like bitter lemon. I love these kinds of beers. A tad too much carbonation though. Feels like a dry bitter lemon. With a bit of brett :-)

Corked bottle. Blonde, hazy. Citrus, onions, white pepper and brett in the aroma. Grassy herbal notes. Upcoming citric sourness. Hints of pineapple and raspberry. Some remaining grassy hops. Totally dry, it seems that every Oersoep beer has brett lately. I don’t mind at all!

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Gusher. Pours cloudy yellow with airy but stable white head. Clear, vinous aroma, with fruity, citric, and hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sour amd sweetish notes of fruit and citrus. Bitter, graudually receding aftertaste. OK but tastes more like a Belgian Ale than an APA.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A gusher, producing a big, collapsing off-white head over an unlcear, orange-golden body. The aroma has a pleasant lemony, peppery brett aroma with a little malty touch and a cellary dustyness. It’s orangey and lemony in the flavor, with a peppery touch, some yeast and pale malts. Dry, effervescent and medium bodied, with a lemony, dry finish. Some bitterness too. Quite tasteful and nice, but there’s a little yeastyness that I don’t appreciate too much. 131123
