Draught @De Molen Pours very dark brown with a small tan frothhead. The body is light and doesn’t have a very alcoholic feel to it, as the beer isn’t really all that heavy when it comes to alcohol. Aroma is malty with a slight tinge of raspberries and some hops. Taste is overall sweet ’n sour.

On tap at De Molen. Pours a musty dark brown with a deep ruby hue and a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of rich semi tart raspberry with a bit of dark grains and a hint of chocolate. Flavor has raspberry up front that mellows as sweet dark grains come through with a hint of chocolate.

Dark brown colour with a red hue. Some light cocoa and raspberry. Only lightly tart/sharp which makes it very palatable. Quite thin tasting. Raspberry comes through strongest in the aftertaste.

Bottle: Served in a taster: Smaller sized beige light brown foamy head that changes quickly into a lacing and than kind of disappears. Deep dark brown to black colored beer. Aroma has lots of raspberry, some strawberry, yeast, dust, herbs, malts, raspberry pits. Flavours of raspberry, toast, roast, coffee, chocolate, bitter, light tart as in raspberry tart. Delicious! Aftertaste is light bitter with a more present tartness with raspberry, chocolate, coffee and malt toast/roast. Low carbo, watery creamy texture, medium to lightly fuller body and a creamy texture. Very nice!
