COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: JAN 31, 2013 Clear brown, small off-white head. Mild sour aroma with cherries and some farm. Taste is again cherries, a mild sourness and some hints of wood. A very soft and easy drinkable "Vlaamse Rode", well balanced. Nice body and carbonation, dry (aftertaste) Great beer. 37,5cl bottle from the brewer (thanks!)

Draft @ Kompaan. Pours a hazy orange beer with a small, quick diminishing white head on top. Aroma is very oaky with touches of light Brett. Flavour is medium tart and sour, some light caramel flavours appear on the background after swallowing. Low carbonation. Decent cleanser, nice sourness.

Bottle from bottle shop in Amsterdam. Pours dark orange brown with a slight cream head. Nose of balsamic vinegar, lovely and sour! Taste is sour and complex a little like bourbon barrel aged on the finish. A touch watery but full of flavour.

Aroma has loads of red fruit, nice stable funk, floral, some vanilla, pepper, cherries! wow. Taste is more red fruit, cherries, grapes, some perfume/floral notes. some apple. Yeasty/bubblegum too. Finishes really smooth, soft, mild sour. Silk texture, more red fruit, some lactic acid pushing now. Solid stuff.
