3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
[50 cl can] Hazy deep golden color. Strong banana and fruity aroma. Taste is yeasty, slightly citric, true to the style without adding nothing new or interesting. Body is medium. Finish is slightly tarty, and rather weak. Still a nice session beer for those who like the style (like me).

Nice yellow color, unclear due to yeast. nice thick white foam. Smells clove-like and yeasty. Tastes alot of phenols (medicine like aroma) with a hint of banana and alot of yeast too.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
smells yeasty, and has a clove-smell.a little bit a banana-like smell too(both aromes are typical for hefeweizen, due to some products who are formed in the beer during the brewproces.but it could be alittle bit a more livefull, fresh, fruitier banana-smell.(like in other hefeweizen that i had tasted)
tasts yeasty too, here also something like clove and a little bit of banana can be found.the yeast taste could be a little, little more interesting8its a little bit a dull yeast taste) Not my preferred hefeweizen, but not a bad beer, certainly better than much other beers.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Overall strong and clear aroma with noticeable alcohol presence and notes of lemon citrus, toasted sugar and cereal. Its head is white and creamy, it last longly and leaves a good lacing. The color is medium yellow with visible particles though the body is light and watery dry. Its flavor is initally acidic with sugar hints and an alcoholic aftertaste. The carbonation is soft and leaves a somewhat dusty feel in the finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: NOV 17, 2006 Pours a very hazy yellow beer with sediments and a huge white creamy head that lasts for long and leaves a good lacing. Aroma is strong for the style, with citric and alcoholic notes over the typical wheat aroma of Hefe-Weizen beers. Flavor is acid with some little sweet touches and a blur of alcohol in the finish. The texture is not especially dry, nor watery but a little thin and flat. The citric accent is more noticeable towards the end. Soft carbonation. A decent Hefe Weizen, easy to drink.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy pale golden. Banana estery nose. Fruity, malty flavour with slight estery tone. Little buttery, don’t we love it. Pretty average still and thin-ish.

See dunkle rating and start subtracting points. Along with being rather lame it has some unsavory elements lurking in the flavor.(Has most all the character one would expect or hope to have in a hefeweizen while at the same time conveying only enough to be passable. Pretty lame.)
