Bottle in Prague. Quite nice but a little sweet for a hefeweizen. Swings a bit too far toward the banana lollies side of the scale.

Bottle. Golden/orange and cloudy. Aromas are sweet caramel with light banana and yeast with wheat. Flavours are caramel and vanilla with light lemon and spices. Quite thin, with metallic notes on the aftertaste. Too much carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2009 Hazy orange coloured. Yeast and banana in the aroma. Sharp yeasty flavour but little thin. Ok german weizen but definitely not the best.

50 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Golden unclear colour with a huge creamy white head. Aroma of most yeast and some wheat. Soft flavour of yeast, wheat and ends up light and very easy to drink.

500 ml bottle: poured cloudy yellow with a big weizen head. Light banana, light hop aroma. Flavor is the same. Can’t really say this is good or bad. Maybe a middle of the road hefeweizen. Drinkable but there are lots of better ones.

[50 cl can] Hazy deep golden color. Strong banana and fruity aroma. Taste is yeasty, slightly citric, true to the style without adding nothing new or interesting. Body is medium. Finish is slightly tarty, and rather weak. Still a nice session beer for those who like the style (like me).

Nice yellow color, unclear due to yeast. nice thick white foam. Smells clove-like and yeasty. Tastes alot of phenols (medicine like aroma) with a hint of banana and alot of yeast too. Hefeweizen isnt my thing =)

unfiltered jellow smells yeasty, and has a clove-smell.a little bit a banana-like smell too(both aromes are typical for hefeweizen, due to some products who are formed in the beer during the brewproces.but it could be alittle bit a more livefull, fresh, fruitier banana-smell.(like in other hefeweizen that i had tasted) tasts yeasty too, here also something like clove and a little bit of banana can be found.the yeast taste could be a little, little more interesting8its a little bit a dull yeast taste) Not my preferred hefeweizen, but not a bad beer, certainly better than much other beers.
