Phenolic and estery aroma, leaning towards clove, but some banana bubblegum apparent. Kristal clear light brown with some white fuzz that dissipates to just a patchy top. Nice, true to style, weissbier flavour: soft clove and banana, with a pleasant residual sweetness that is not thrown off by any significant bittering. Medium body, high carbonation, sweet finish.

Deep, warm golden with a medium sized, creamy head. The aroma has light notes of wheat, banana and clove. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of wheat, banana and clove in the finish. It’s OK, if you want a filtered weiss, cheating yourself for all the goodies in the normal hefes.

One of the better Kristalls. Yellow and clear, with a white head, fully lasting. Lightly spicy aroma, coriander, yeast, fruit. Flavor is sweet and acidic.
