500ml can from Aldi. Cheap beer. Hop extract - tastes like some Sheps beers. A smudgy bitterness without freshness or character. Malt is indifferent. It’s drinkable, but little more than that. Though credit, apart from the cheap hop extract, the beer doesn’t have too many off flavours.

Canned. Golden colour, big creamy white head, which lasts for quite some time. Probably one of the nicest poured pils’ I’ve seen. Aroma is grass, malts and hops. Flavour the same. very clean, but not very exciting.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2009 50cL bottle in Kyllburg. Average tasting pils but one of the most beutiful beers I have ever poured. The carbonation and light colouring were beautiful to watch reflecting light.

jalichio999 (502) - BRAZIL - JUN 12, 2007
UPDATED: AUG 7, 2008 Can. Gold coloration with a nice and creamy head, but not so persistent. There is a light mettalic in the palate, with a soft bitterness. It´s an average pilsen.

Bottle. Clear, golden, pale. Small white head. Crisp, astringent. Average boring lager beer.

Pretty average all around, by German pilsener standards. Nothing really jumps out at me flavor-wise although no real offensive flavors are present. Actually, there wasn’t much taste at all until after it had warmed considerably.

in can 500 ml., Golden color, but not clear. The head is normal, and remains enough. Enough hoppy in nose, with something, very little of malty. The flavor is initially sweet, then to happen for bitter. And it ends in the bitter bad, between herbs and burnt papers. Very acid ultimately. What additives have this beer?, it is bad.

Standard commercially-brewed pilsner. Golden with small head. Aroma is hops and grain. Grassy, bitter hop flavor, good rich maltiness, but also an off-putting oily palate.

Can from Enniskillen; Nose of grainy malts, some slight sweetness, and hops; light gold color with a big, longlasting white head; flavor of grain with some slight hop bitterness in the finish. Enniskilned said it’s the best canned beer he has had. I am waiting for a couple of packs of Surly Furios and Bender then I’ll decide!
