Clear lite gold pour,head thin but strong,carbonation is good.aroma grain fresh,lovely hop smell,corn like.Flavour hops,malt,bitter,crispness,earthy like fresh tastes a good German pils.Finish bitter,malt and dry okay drink.

Jul 26, 2008 Bottle at Kent BF 08. Pale gold, thick white head. It’s a pretty decent lager. Good flavours, again slightly perfumed like the Monchof. Good hop bite on finish. That’s actually a decent lager, good balance, good citrus. 5% ABV bottle

Jul 19, 2008 ...bottle. Cheap, and surprisingly good value. I think this might replace Amsterdam as my old reliable. Hints of hops, barely malt, and corn. Light bodied, easy drinking german pils. Worth the money, and definitely worth a try.

Jul 19, 2008 Tin from Aldi stores. Perhaps because it came in a tin I was a little biased and perhaps over reacted. Metalic taste with a strange corn like taste. It also lacks body and all round was a bit disappointing.Perhaps better out of a bottle.

Golden, white head. Aroma of malt. Flavor of some caramel with a dry old ale tone. Bitterness has disappeared.

Jul 15, 2008 33 cl Bottle @ home. Golden yellow, white head. Smell of straw, corn, little hops. Taste is grassy, a little hoppy and some corn sweetness. Refreshing pilsener, albeit a bit sweet.
