bottle @ Rewe market in Frankfurt Germany --- Aroma of dark malt. Clear brown color, smooth tan head that sticks around. Taste is simple and effective. Dark malt with carbonation and mild hops move back to caramel in the medium finish. Well balanced, comfortable to drink, but also very light, which leaves it just short of a full deck. I would buy it again.

Bottle on level 42 thanks to Fergus. Not for you! It pours black with a medium dirty white head. The nose is toasted action, roasted malt, chewy, cooking chocolate and damp wood. Mwah black beer, it’s just too much sugar with a rather short finish that reminds me a bit of cardboard.
