A copper brown coloured beer with a frothy but weak white head. A light, dusty malt aroma, hints of bread and spice. Medium-dry mouthfeel. A mild, dry malty taste, spice, dark caramel and bread. There is a light bitterness in the background that adds a refreshing dimension to the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Well, it wasn’t terrible. Not quite sure what makes this a Winter beer. It is just kind of meh.

A clear copper body with no head. Nose has malts and some mild herbs. Taste is mildly sweet with a bitter short finish. Carbonation is medium and tge mouthfeel is on the fuller side. Its drinkable but far behind the better ones in this style.

Bamberg jolly day 3 26/01/2014. Bottle shared on the train. Bright orange/ amber colour with a fleeting white head. Aroma is stale and sweet dull spices, nutmeg. Flavour is stale dull spices, sticky sweet, corn. Pretty poor.
