COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Kinda week for an IPA... we need varoius definitons of IPA these days... this one is very similar to there hop hemp... just not as strong...very little aroma... easy to drink though... its a begineers IPA

This is an excellent, drinkable IPA. Right amount of hops, bitter finish, citrus. Not very appealing - out of a bottle - tons of sediment.

caramel, bread, golden, cloudy, white foam, citrus, This is an average IPA. It’s very drinkable. I would prefer more hops.

12oz bottle, overall a good tasting IPA. Slight hoppy aroma, amber pour, small off white head. Well balanced hoppy flavor with malt base. Medium body, good floral citrus hop finish. Good brew, right on style.

Ar: Light caramel and a moderate amount of grapefruit. Ap: Hazy amber-orange - small off-white head with poor retention but good lacing. T: Grapefruit up front with a heavy dose of bitterness, fairly rough bitterness - grapefruit fades quickly and a watery caramel flavor follows - short finish, with some minty hop notes. P: Medium-light body - medium carbonation - finish is fairly dry. O: Decent IPA, classic grapefruit aroma and flavor - flavor dissipates very quickly, and body is a bit wanting.

Good hoppy taste nice mild bittering,nothing harsh, nice mellow smooth beer with well rounded hop flavor,toasty malty backbone to balance and a clean mild sweet finish.Very nice finish,awesomely drinkable.Great flavor nothing over the top or heavy, very balanced and mellow, some mild fruit tones.Mildly bittered but lingering.good lingering taste.

bottle... light golden copper with a light toppe head, mostly leaves a ring... not a big fan of the nose, backbone of wet dog, grass hops, a bit of toffee and lemon, meh... the taste is better but again boring, not a ton of flavor, very easy to drink though, a bit of mildew, toffee and grass... very average ipa
