COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Lots of lacing and head. Hazy and honey colored. The beer is soft in the mouth. This isn’t a bad beer, but i’m not real excited about it. Not the best beer from St. Louis, despite what the packaging says.

Bottle Pours a hazy amber with a decent off white head. The head is frothy and has average lastability. Produces alright lacing. Has a good hoppy aroma of pine and citrus. Has a light carbonation. The flavor is decent a touch weak on the bitterness but okay. Has a sticky texture. A medium body. An okay finish with an average aftertaste. This is like an IPA light good for a starter IPA. Not awful but not super deep either.

For the first time I have thoroughly (and consciously) enjoyed an IPA. Thank you O’Fallon 5 day. Actually from Steven’s Point, Wisconsin!

A cloudy orange pour with a small white head. The nose is all hops with pine taking over. The taste starts fairly mellow and grows in bitterness. The finish is dry, but relatively clean.

A very good IPA! This beer pours copper orange pour with a nice white head that lasts. Lacing sticks nicely around my glass. Aroma of citrus and hops. Taste is of hops and citrus, very smooth and enjoyable!

Opaque hazy orange with a frothy beige head. Aroma of orange and pine. Taste is not overly bitter but it’s there with a slight bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Draft at Newstead Tower Pub in STL. Pours a nice golden with fluffy white head. Nose is pretty nice with resins and citrus coming through, nice crisp and clean body. Clean bitterness and pretty decent IPA.

Golden yellow. Aroma is soft. Light bodied for an IPA, but has good citrusy hop bitterness. Balanced finish. Very good IPA on tap all over St. Louis.
