COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Sample at KC Beerfest 10-22. Comes clear amber with a nice off-white head. Aroma of florals and citrus. Taste is hops, citrus and malt. Nice.

Bottle. Poured with little head. Didn’t have much aroma at all. Almost flat. Amber orange. Easy drinking but no hops or anything to rave about

On tap in St Louis. Nice golden pour, with a white head, lots of lacing. Bountiful citrus aromas. Taste is mildly sweet with some bitterness on the back end. Dry finish. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Good blend of malts and hops. Would definitely have again.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2011 Poured from bottle into nucleated pint glass. A nice golden color with creamy off-white head which quickly subsides, little lace. Exquisite hops aroma. Complex malt flavors balanced by pronounced hops bitterness: notes of caramel, biscuit, toast, and a faintly fruity ale yeast finish. Overall impression is flowery, refreshing, dry. Tasty.

Cloudy straw with a thin white head when poured from a 12 oz bottle. A tinge of sweetness and a great amount of hops but not so much that it lingered. Really wanted more on the nose with this but drank four in one sitting...that is drinkability my friends!

Bottle. Slightly hazy straw IPA w/ simple yet inviting sweet hop nose. Thin yet resinous and legit. Enjoyed both on draft & in bottle thruout the Ferrer’s wedding in St. Louis. Fresh drinkable & available.

Cloudy amber pour with minimal head and lacing. Floral, grass and citrus nose. At first sip, there seems to be only malts that present themselves. The hops make a delayed and subdued entrance later on. Mouthfeel is thin and finish is strange.

Bottle (low fill line, I note). Nose is hue, sweet caramel with toffee and light earth, has that great doughy/spicy composition that reminds of the best of southern California. Great hops. Clear orange with a rocky beige head. Sweet hoppy taste with just a little grit but surprisingly low bitterness. No significant alcohol perceived, so kudos for that control. Juicy and loaded with hops. Medium body. Very drinkable.
