COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, and some hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours clear light orange with a nice white frothy head. Nose is light caramel malts and sweet bread with a good blend of sweet fruits, grapefruit, herbal, and light grassy hop notes and lightly soapy. Taste is mostly balanced with fruity and herbal hops with some caramel malts. Finishes a little on the citrus hop side. Medium bod for the style. Good drinkable brew.

Bought in a BYO sixer @ Lukas Liquors in KC .. . Pours a deep tan, light head, medium lacing .. . quite a bit of malt, light resin- pretty low on the hops .. . please put that dead squirrel down .. . kinda disappointing actually .. . seriously, time to put down the squirrel and take a bath...

Purchased at the Glenway Crossing Remke/Biggs - Although I found the body to be a bit lacking, this is a good IPA.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Orange amber brew with a lasting off white head. AMple lacing in the glass. Nice aroma dominated by pine hops. Taste is light sweetness at the start of the swallow with a smooth transition to an excellent blend of citrus and pine hops. Fine dry finish, good palate. In the very competative field of american IPA’s, this one stands out.

From a 12oz bottle from Pick’s Liquors poured into a shaker. This beer has a huge frothy head with LOTS of lacing. Color is a light orange/amber. Aroma is of a lot of nice floral hops. Taste is strongly bitter. Full bodied and very thick with lively carbonation and a nice long finish. Overall this beer is pretty good. The $8.99 price on a six pack is totally worth it. I will be buying this one again.
