COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

12oz bottle. This bottle seems to have some age on it, however, judging from aroma I can tell it was probably quite the beer when fresh. Pours a murky dull orange with a frothy off-white head. Faded hop and cardboard aroma, however, a decent amount of peachiness underneath. Flavor is much the same, medium smooth caramel, peachy hops, some oxidation. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Would love to get one fresh.

Bottle at Old Chicago in Peoria, IL - backlog from Jan 2010. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma of dank hops and ale esters. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of pale malts and citrus rind hops. Finishes dry with some isovaleric acid. Perhaps the bottle was old, but this just tasted cheap. We now get this in nashville and I have no desire to try this again.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a very good sized beige head with decent retention. the aroma is very citrus up front with some floral notes and sweet malt coming through as well. The flavor is very similar to the nose. It is hoppy early; bitter hops , citrus hops along with some roasted caramel malt. the malt is not enough to balance the hops. Light body and a little thin. Not bad.

Opaque hazy orange with a frothy beige head. Aroma of orange and pine. Taste is not overly bitter but it’s there with a slight bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Woah. 12oz bottle. Not very good. Could be a bad bottle. Weak, not very hoppy. I dunno.

amber body with minimal head..aroma of fresh grapefruit and light malt..dry floral taste with a touch of indistinct malts..its biting characteristics are unappealing in regards to the thin palate
