COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

12 oz bottle. Poured a clear pumpkin orange color. Head was off white, tall, and reduced over a few minutes to a sticky film. Some nice lace remained at the end. Attractive aroma of grapefruit, crushed pine needles, caramel, and a hint of pineapple. Moderate hop bitterness throughout which peaked at the beginning at about 6 out of 10. The malt and hops were well balanced without one standing out over the other. I tasted mostly sprucy hops and caramel. Solid IPA.

bottle... light golden copper with a light toppe head, mostly leaves a ring... not a big fan of the nose, backbone of wet dog, grass hops, a bit of toffee and lemon, meh... the taste is better but again boring, not a ton of flavor, very easy to drink though, a bit of mildew, toffee and grass... very average ipa

Bottle thanks to drfabulous. Pours cloudy apricot with white head. nose is mostly citrus. Taste is lovely citrus followed by caramel malts and a light pine dry hop throughout. Good beer.

Nice hazy orange tinted amber coloured body with a dense tan head - this is exactly how an IPA should look! Aroma of strong hops, grapefruit, yeast, alcohol and the slightest hint of nuts. Medium-bodied; Mild hoppy flavour up front with a good malt backbone then showing some brighter hops near the end. Aftertaste shows a light bitterness, some apricots and a touch of yeast. Overall, a very drinkable and somewhat bittering IPA - not too much hops, but definitely enough to make this a pretty solid IPA. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Goebel Liquor in Wichita, Kansas on 24-April-2008.

12 oz Bottle from Pantanap! Saya Premiere Edition; Floral hoppy nose with some piney notes; hazy copper with a small straw colored head; flavor of piney hop bitterness comes from the medium body with the hop bitterness lasting to the finish!Didn’t notice any malty sweetness, just medium bitterness!

bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy amber orange with some floaties. Decent fluffy white head. Aroma had slight tea, sweet malts & medium hop presence. Taste was muted hops with sweet malts. Hop bitterness was faint in thebackground but I believe the bottle may have been past its prime. Very drinkable & rather tasty

12oz bottle. Copper color, white head. Aroma of cirtus. A bit oxydized malt smell. Don’t really know how old the bottle is. Nice caramel malt, toasted malt, biscuit, followed by an earth bitterness. Very simple. Calms the craving for hops.
