COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Pours a thick cloudy amber with a dense/foamy off white head. Smells of grassy hops and malt. Taste is semi-sweet caramel malt with earthy and piney hops which leaves bitterness on the tongue. Very chewy dense IPA. A little raw, but tasty...much better as it warms.

Aroma of citrus hops, pine and balanced by caramel malts. Color is amber with tan head. Flavor matches the nose, really well done, and more malty sweet than expected. Palate is bubbly. Very drinkable IPA.

Opaque hazy orange with a frothy beige head. Aroma of orange and pine. Taste is not overly bitter but it’s there with a slight bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Lots of lacing and head. Hazy and honey colored. The beer is soft in the mouth. This isn’t a bad beer, but i’m not real excited about it. Not the best beer from St. Louis, despite what the packaging says.

(Bottle) Pours light amber with small, white head. Medium creamy body with soft carbonation has a light sweet and bitter start and a moderately bitter and aromatic finish. Aromas have light grass and caramel, moderate resin and perfume like hops and maple syrup.

from a 12-ounce bottle, pours a dense copper color with only slight lace. Very piney aroma. Medium body, somewhat creamy mouthfeel, dominant hop flavor and bitterness. Maltiness is there but dominated by the hops. No hint of alcohol. At the lighter end of American IPAs.

Bottle: A nice big fruity hop aroma to this brew. A wonderful woodsy scent with the sour grapefruit indicative of IPA’s some light malt characteristics which makes this a very nice smelling brew. Pours a clear golden hue with a large sized white head that diminishes slowly. Flavor is very nicely hopped with a dry acidity. Rather bitter and a wonderfully piny taste with the grapefruit bitterness to it. Overall, This is a pretty good IPA. Who would of thought that if you go into the suburbs of St. Louis there a better brews than the mass macro who stonghold is downtown. CHeers!!!

Bottled. Poured a very slightly hazy medium orange with a tall, rocky cap of beige head and sticky lacing. The aroma first found an intriguing floral hop presence with sweet toffee... deeper caramel sugars, citrus, and pine notes emerge shortly afterward along with a bit of cookie sweetness. The flavor had sweet candied caramel and toffee with mild pine, citrus, and floral bitterness.. left a moderate-length pine and caramel finish. Medium-bodied with a creamy middle on the palate.. OK balance. Solid brew.
