COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Draft at Newstead Tower Pub in STL. Pours a nice golden with fluffy white head. Nose is pretty nice with resins and citrus coming through, nice crisp and clean body. Clean bitterness and pretty decent IPA.

Gusher of a pour, hazy and well carbonated with a creamy head. Strong, pleasant hoppy aroma, floral with some herbal notes. Big but not bracing hop flavor with citrus, pine and a little green grass. Good balancing malt and bitterness. Soft palate, full body. Better than average IPA.

Bottle courtesy of tjthresh. Pours reddish amber and cloudy wiith a rocky stubborn head. Smells of citrus, pine, some bread. Tastes moderately bitter with pine, pepper and caramel prevailing. Mouthfeel is earthy. Finish is spicy with some nice resiny qualities.

Thick-hazed, honey/bronze in color under a thin, whitish head. This has aged a while, but the nose still finds plenty of resiny, piney hops along with lemon, grapefruit and instant tea. Hops are a little more tame in the flavor, but all the aromatic elements can still be tasted and there is a bit of a citric/peppery bite at the end. Surprisingly creamy mouthfeel. Overall refreshing. ~~~~~~~~~~ 12 oz. bottle from Cornfield quite some time ago.

Lightly hazy orange amber with a big fluffy head. Aroma of sweet citrus and doughy malt with a hint of toffee. Flavor is a nice hit pine and citrus bitterness with a nice malt backbone. Medium bodied with a fair bit of carbonation and a satisfying, lasting hops finish. A really good IPA.

Beer pours a beautiful copper color...but oddly no head at all. A faint caramel malty smell with some piney notes. The flavor was a rich huge grainy malt profile with some citrus and pine like hops. Nice thick mouthfeel. I was liking this one.

12oz bottle, courtesy of my bro. Thanks, Phil! Pours a bright, clear orange-amber color; thick, off-white head with solid retention and medium-bubbled lacing. Solid dose of sweet floral and orange hops in the aroma; very floral, masking pretty much any malt character underneath; dense, juicy hops. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: lots of juicy, bitter orange and floral hops upfront; sugar and toasted grains underneath, though the hops take center stage; a tasty IPA. Medium finish: lots of breadiness and toasted malts coming through; ends dry.

Bottle, premiere edition. I’ve been wanting to try this for a while, and now it’s finally sold in 6-packs. Poured orange with interesting foam formations. Very clean taste, not overwhelming. A solid IPA from Missouri.
