2-Row 82%, Munich 10L 12%, Caramel 20L 6%, Kolsch Yeast—30 lbs of Amarillo wet hops added at the end of boil in the hop back for that straight off the vine taste.

On tap at STL Fresh Hop Fest - Pours hazy amber / orange with a light white head. The aroma has toasted malt, orange hops, some earthiness and light soap. Medium / full body that is lightly rough and has light carbonation. The taste is quite bitter with earthy and piny hops. There is some smooth malt, but it is really overtaken by the hops. the finish is very dry. Pretty good beer.

(on cask - Fresh Hop Ale Festival at Schlafly Bottleworks) gold with nice head. Great cask mouthfeel. grassy/floral hops aroma with complementary taste.
