COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship brand; a golden ale brewed with three varieties of barley, two kinds of hops and a Kolsch yeast for a beautiful color and smooth taste.

"Great beer to start, session, or finish with. Nothing fancy just enjoyable and well put together. Biscuit and grassy aroma with a splash of lemon. Clear, golden body producing a 1" bubbly head and good lacing. Crisp, mildly sweet malt body that’s soft and easy. Doughy malt taste with a touch of caramel and butter. Grassy and lightly fruity with little hop presence."

Taste is much like a lager beer. Aroma of corn, citrus, and grass. Minimal head with no lacing. Flavor of malts, but not a whole lot else going on. Not overly impressed.

Another St. Louis beer. Pint glass from Tap. Poured dark gold with at thin white head that is gone pretty quickly. Straw, grass and corn, very light. Can taste some malt and grain, that has a slight sour note, that is not necessarily unpleasant. Finish is very light. Not much body for such a pretty colored brew. Overall it could be a good session beer on a hot afternoon, but nothing anywhere close to complex.

Pours clear, medium peachy gold with a somewhat thin white head that fades to a skim and ring quickly, but holds there. Aroma is of light grain, corn, a little ferment, grass and apple peels. Flavor is cereal grains, sweet-grainy corn, straw, grass and a little apples with cheese toward the finish. Palate is lightis bodied and lightly carbonated with an oily feeling entry and slightly dry finish. Nothing particularly interesting about this stuff, but it’s not too bad.

From a 12 oz bottle courtesy of Strykzone this pale golden ales poured a very clear light gold with a moderate white head and light lacing. Very little nose in this one, and what there is has a corn aroma. Very light mouthfeel, but it is smooth, The flavor tends toward corn again with a very light floral hop taste. Way too light and lacking in flavor for me even for this style.

Pale golden with a fluffy white head and a bit of lace. A little sulfur, some graininess, and some corniness in the aroma, but generally not a lot going on there. The flavor is corny with some honey notes, very clean with just a mild hoppiness. Overall this is way sweet and corny for my tastes.

12oz bottle. Pours a crystal clear, watery orange body with lots of rising carbonation. Thin, fizzy, off-white head that dissipates immediately and leaves just a few bubbles. Aroma is sweet and sour with a bubbly feel to it. Tart lemons, butterscotch candy malts, and some apple yeast spice. Flavor is thin with some sweet bready, buttery malts up front before an acidic, grainy, citrusy toffee comes in. Flavor drops off quickly leaving the finish dry and sticky with a honey sweetness and somewhat buttery lemon aftertaste. Overall, a pretty lame beer. The taste is alright, I guess...but the body is too watery and thin while dying on the palate quickly. Blah.

Pours a bronze/golden color, medium head and lots of carbonation. Aroma is mild hops, sweet malt. Flavor is bready, then fruity from the hops. Very mellow, and a great representation of a under-rated style.
