COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship brand; a golden ale brewed with three varieties of barley, two kinds of hops and a Kolsch yeast for a beautiful color and smooth taste.

Pale amber with a light head and not too much flavor. Lacking the bitterness of an IPA and the sweetness of an amber. Boring.

Bottle. Pour is a golden amber with a bit of a dense and off-white head. Lively carbonation drifts up through the translucent body. Aromas are sweet apple juice concentrate with a little bit of honey. Flavor is kind of off... kind of like that entry-level microbrew that gets you started on your journey but after a couple of years will seem boring. The malt presence is nicely done and goes beyond apple juice concentrate with a touch of grass and maybe some lemon.

Golden amber body with a small offwhite head. Fruity hops and caramel in the aroma. Medium body and carbonation. Taste is earthy with a spicy hop bitterness. Caramel maltiness balances well. Not bad, but pedestian.

Dull appearance without head. Watery smell that roughly reminds me of beer, but I can’t tell. Taste is lacking any flavor of beer. Bad without body, flavor, or taste. Mouthfeel was like sucking on water with a hint of beer. I could not have another one of these beers.

This came in a mixer pack, thus the only reason I am drinking it. It’s not a real good beer, but better then some.

Pours a clear golden amber with one finger of creamy ivory head that diminishes. Fairly muted on the nose, I detect: sweet toasty malt and a hint of citrus. It smells much like a Kolsch with just a bit more maltiness. Light to medium-bodied with a crisp faintly bitter finish. Sweet and lightly malty with notes of sweet corn and breadiness. Nothing offensive, but nothing particularly outstanding either. A decent summer quaffer.

12 oz bottle. Clear, deep gold with a quick diminishing white head. Buttery malt nose, some butterscotch and light grass, sweet caramel. Butterscotch flavors, pale malt, sweet. Medium bodied with a bit of fizziness. Not bad.

Nice gold color with a quickly fading white head. Light, wheat aroma with a bit of sweetness. Smooth and sweet taste. I can taste a little malt and maybe some caramel. Interesting finish, almost like iced tea. Quite good.
