Offered in November and December; an American brown ale brewed with four types of barley (including Black Roast) and two hops for a dark, full-flavored beer with a roasty character.

Pours is a deep dark brown with a small head. Aroma is nice and toasty. Flavor is sweet coffee and loads of raisons. A over all very roasty and smoky brew. Bravo! This is a excellent seasonal from a local brewer.

Clear brown in color, small white head that doesn’t last, sweet roasty nutty aroma. Nice roasted malty nutty flavors, medium body, light but creamy mouthfeel, nice lasting finish, a little light but has some good flavor.

dark brown color with slight head which disappears almost instantaneously. has a mild roasted aroma. flavor is somewhat sour with roasted coffee notes. a bit thin and watery for my taste, but not too bad.

There are quite a few "holiday" beers offered this time of year and this one is excellent. Dark with not much head retention, smooth and chocolatey and a mild bittersweet finish. Reminds me some of Huber Bock, which I could drink all night long. Really nice cool weather beer.
