Commercial Description:
This is an American style Brown made using 9 different varieties of malted barley and 3 varieties of hops (Chinook, Amarillo, and Glacier for the dry-hop). Medium bodied with a hint of chocolate, honey and caramel notes and an assertive dose of Glacier hops in the finish for a mild citrus aroma and flavor.

(draught at International Tap House) wow - I’m not normally a brown fan, but this was outstanding. Deep brown with small tan head. Aroma of roast malt, a hint of hops. Flavor is roast malt, hints of chocolate and caramel, hops in the finish. Not as roasty as a porter, but getting there. Nice combination of flavors. I hope we see more of this.
