COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first unfiltered beer; made with whole wheat, two kinds of barley and hops and our Kolsch yeast for a refreshing beer with a crisp finish.

100th rating of this beer! 12 ounce bottle from Belmont Party Supply. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus, wheat and caramel. The taste is wheat, caramel, citrus, some toastiness and a faint bit of hops. Thin bodied. A bit too sweet, but decent.

Middle of the road in every way, a little fruity but not too much so, this wasn’t bad but not great.

12 oz bottle, pours a dull slightly cloudy dull yellow with not much head; little aroma or flavor, surprised at their ’Bronze’ medal for this one.

Bottle. Poured hazy pale with a quick white head. Aroma of wheat and straw. The flavor found wheat and lemon. Light body.

Clear golden pour from bottle. No head, and even less aroma. Taste is notes of hay, lemon and earth. Uneventful finish. Average in every respect.

12 oz. bottle from Pat’s Bar and Grill in St. Louis. Pours a cloudy pale gold color with a pretty small, even, eggshell white head. Unfortunately, the first thing out of the aroma is a little skunk. It actually doesn’t seem to last, but maybe this one was a little older than it should have been; they don’t date the bottles. Also notes of wheat, grass, light lemon citrus. The flavor was better, with notes of yeast, wheat, pale malts, grass, lemon citrus, and floral hops. Light-bodied, with soft, frothy carbonation that creates an almost bready mouthfeel. All right for a light, summery, easy drinking beer, but not a lot here.

Finhead (654) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - AUG 11, 2010
A hazy, pale yellow pour with white head. The nose is wheat and hay. The taste is refreshing and semi-sweet. The texture is somewhat watery with soft carbonation and a clean finish.

Bottle thanks to grownfool. Hazy yellow, white cover. Wheat, lemon aroma. Taste is tart lemon, soured wheat.
