Not bad. Much milder then a lambic as far as the peach flavor goes, this is a solid wheat beer with a hint of peach flavor. Not quite as fruity as one mighjt expect, it is still pretty refreshing.

Aug 8, 2008 12 oz bottle. Aroma is so peach, maybe a little yeasty.Light, fruity taste. It’s really, really peachy with a slight bitter taste on the tongue at the end.

Aug 6, 2008 This hazy golden pour literally smells like a fuzzy navel. The peach is all over. It is clean and smooth to drink but almost a little too much so. One might say it is a little watery. You can taste the peach but not as much as you can smell it. Leave my mouth strangely tight and dry.

Jul 26, 2008 12oz brown served in a shaker pint. Appears to be bottle conditioned. Poured a slightly hazy pale gold with a quickly dissipating head. Lots of peach in the aroma. Nice wheat beer base. Light bodied. The peach flavor really works, not overpowering. Very refreshing and easy to drink. I came into this beer with low expectations, but came away impressed.

Jul 22, 2008 Draught at The Stable, St. Louis. Pours hazy yellow with an average, fizzy, white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, cereal), light hops (citrus), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of peach. Light bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness.

Jul 22, 2008 Pours pale gold with 2-finger fizzy white head. Nose is huge juicy peach, some pale malt, wheat, and apricot. Tastes peachy, on the sweet side, with some pale malt notes and a lively mouthfeel. I really like peaches, and I really enjoyed this beer.
