"Peaches, wheat, oranges, and mild hops are evident in a very nice aroma. Golden orange body with a filmy white head and little lacing along with a slow and steady carbonation. Light, lively, crisp with a dry aftertaste. Sweet peach and apricot flavors that soon fade to a grassy, dry wheat malt presence. A kiss of floral hops keep the peaches and wheat in check. Fairly basic, yet well presented....real nice hot weather quencher. A beginner’s DFH Festina Peche perhaps."

Pours clear orange with a small white head. Smells strongly of peaches. Taste is fruity, sweet, peach. Light-bodied with a wet texture and soft mouth-cbarbonation, O’Fallon Wheach finishes with a soft lingering sweetness.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle from Joe Canals Fire Rd. Poured a so-so looking hazy straw gold body with a smaller foamy white head. Aroma is odd but I like it, sort of a peach hairspray/shampoo aroma with some wheat bread dough and grains. Body is a little scratchy with stronger carbonation over a light body. Flavor is like a perfumey peach muffin with wet wheat. Not a great beer but I like it.

Pouring from 12oz. bottle into sensory glass. A light, golden yellow in appearance with a quickly disappearing head,
Heavy notes of ripe peaches on the nose, some lemon and wheat being picked up as well.
Tastes as it smells, very smooth on the tongue, alcohol hidden well within. While the peach flavor is very much pronounced, it is not artificial or too overpowering to make you forget this is a beer.
A nice example of a fruit beer, an excellent choice for warm weather.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Rcvd in trade with my cousin. Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice hazy golden yellow to orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was barely any lacing but what was there just slid right on into the beer.
The smell did have the peach it says it has with an ample amount of grainy wheat to balance.
The taste was mainly sweet to grainy with a light combined peachy wheaty aftertaste that lead to a somewhat dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed a tad under but personally and I could be wrong but it might have been done on purpose to let the wheat give the palate a decent kick and the wheat does.
Overall, I think O’Fallon did exactly what they wanted to do. To me, I say not a bad beer just not something I’d go after again.

12 oz bottle from Party Source H oh from backlog notes 07. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have peach, apricots, wheat malts, yeast, light bodied, simple, easy too drink, I wouldn’t revisit this.

Sample on tap at Bridge in STL during RBSG. Mostly hazy golden color. Thin off-white head. Leaves decent lace. Good wheat and peach aroma, authentic or not, it’s solid. Light to medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, lightly spicy, light bitter. Enjoyed this one much more than I expected and wanted to. Maybe I just love peaches. This works.

Not a bad beer, I have had better peach beer though. Aroma is hint of peach, appearance slight gold almost clear, taste hint of peach and wheat, refreshing for a light beer on a hot day. poured from can.
