COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, we pitch the yeast cold, turn off the temperature control, and let the yeast do its thing. To our delight, it spat out the sweet scent of juicy fruit wafting from a frothy, white mane. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. Apex Predator gets its teeth from a generous Crystal dry-hopping that completes the dry finish with a fruity bite. Pounce on the opportunity to let it part your lips and you may find yourself at the top of the food chain.

Bottle from beer store in old towne east. Saison nose without overload of floral notes. Smooth amber body and great balance of malt and hop bite. A hint of toffee and apple. Pretty good - would definitely do again. Reminds me of the north coast one

Bottle: Poured a blonde color ale with a nice thick white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt notes with some light floral notes and some lilac notes. Taste is also a nice mix of floral notes with light rustic malt and some lilac notes that are easily identifiable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad though lilac notes do becomes a bit overwhelming.

Draft at B Side. Poured a hazy orange-yellow color with a thick, creamy white head. Dissipated quickly once I picked up the glass. Aroma is citrus zest and light funky notes. Light lime. Dank citrus, with a lot of resin in this one. Coated my mouth with hops.

Bottle. Hazy light yellow, lasting white had. Lemony and grassy, with light rustic yeast notes. A bit on the sweet side, but finishes dry. The nicest brew Ive yet tried from these guys.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a cloudy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of straw, fruitiness, yeast and light spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, yeast and light fruitiness with a smooth dry finish.

Bottle. A- Orange, coriander, subtle funk, citrus, latex, rubber, ginger. A- Yellow orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Subtle spice, latex, citrus, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- Very tasty. Started out with a lot of citrus and spice notes, mostly coriander and clove but as it warmed it started seeming like liquid latex. Sounds odd, but was really good. I could session a ton of these on a hot day.

Bottle into a pint glass. Pours a pale yellow, with a moderate white head. Nose is citrus with a hint of funk. Taste follows. Not especially tart, but a very pleasant mildly tart Saison with typically Belgian yeast notes of clove and anise. Starts mildly tart and finishes with a touch of malt sweetness. Very good.

Great beer. Awesome label mild IPA taste but still a farmhouse. Drank with Outdoor School people. Game on!
