COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, we pitch the yeast cold, turn off the temperature control, and let the yeast do it’s thing. To our delight, it spat out the sweet scent of juicy fruit wafting from a frothy, white mane. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. Apex Predator gets its teeth from a generous Crystal dry-hopping that completes the dry finish with a fruity bite. Pounce on the opportunity to let it part your lips and you may find yourself at the top of the food chain.

UPDATED: NOV 23, 2015 Awesome...Fruity and funky. Citrus lemon. It’s good. I like it more as it lingers in the glass. it doesn’t scream it’s own name so that you’d remember it. ...on second thought. This is a good beer.

Moyen.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a murky bright golden-apricot color with a medium sized fluffy orange-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was yeasty, chalky, citric and musty. The flavor was chalky, citric, yeasty and musty. The flavor was chalky, citric, yeasty and musty. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

8/19. Bottle from State Line. Pours a hazy opaque yellow. Light lemon, yeasty aroma. Teste is similar, very straightforward without spices in a good way. Medium body with some fizz. Nice.

That’s delicious. I wish it were cheap enough for a session 6 pack. That’s my main gripe really. I can get things about this quality in a 6pk for less money.

Bottle shared by a friend. Pours clear gold with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, funk and piney hop. Malty flavor with slight funk before a grassy hop finish.

Really dug this one. Bottle from a nearby shop. Recommended by a friend. Pale hazy yellow trending toward orange with a medium foamy head and nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is a bit funky but not overpowering in a way that can sometimes turn me off with "yeasty" beers. Palate is medium to full with a lingering finish, feels like your mouth is coated with the flavor a bit. In a good way. Medium carbonation, I’d say. Really nice one!

Tap at The Chicago Diner. Cloudy golden with white head. Apricots, lots of milky dough and spicy yeast with cloves and cardamom. A bit sugary as well, and some herbs in the finish. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with creamy feel and a bit fizzy carbonation. Nice beer but a lot of yeast
