A good beer, but don’t know if I could drink an entire pint. Like dessert in a glass. All the flavors come through- chocolate, vanilla, yes, marshmallow- but a bit much for my palate. There is probably and a time and place for this one- but a spring like day is not it. Still, well-done and lives up to it’s name.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, loads of S’more, chocolate, vanilla, Graham crackers, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with vanilla, licorice, caramel, alcohol warmth.

Draft samples at Dutch’s. Pours dark brown to black in color with a medium sized khaki colored head. The aroma and flavor have all the components of a classic smore; dark chocolate, melted marshmallows, some graham cracker sweet and spices, add in some roasted notes and a little more bitterness at the finish than I would have expected and you have one pretty nice beer. I did expect that this would be more viscous from the nose.

Pours an opaque brownish black on tap with fluffy brown head that leaves good lace. Aroma is sweet candied sugar and cinnamon, hints of roast and cocoa. Taste is like a s’more, amazingly well done. Thick and creamy, easy to drink for the abv.

Draft to snifter at Dutch’s. Looks good; an opaque dark brownish black with foamy beige head that slowly dissipates into lacing. Smells of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker. Tastes like it smells, but not quite as rich and balanced. Solid on the palate; could be a little more viscous though. Good beer.
