Bottle, poured into a snifter. Pours black with a half finger dark tan head. Aroma of coffee and chocolate dominates, vanilla and marshmallow in there too. Not getting much from the graham crackers. Taste is medium bitter, follows aroma. Full bodied with a thick, creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a super long finish. Alcohol absolutely hidden. Awesome brew. Can’t wait to try more from these guys.

4 ounce draft at ChurchKey poured into a tasting snifter. Pours black with tan head, light lacing. Aromas of s’mores, marshmallows, vanilla, dark chocolate. Tasting notes of s’mores, marshmallows, dark chocolate, light graham cracker, cinnamon. Medium-full body with a dry finish. Very nice, I could smell this all day.

You couldn’t possibly get any closer to as advertised as this beer does. On top of tasting exactly as they meant it too, it was exceptionally smooth all the way through. Fantastic beer!

Draft at parter pie, huge chocolate aroma, flavor is sharp and very rich. Tons of graham and chocolate flavors, a glass of hot chocolate and big stout

Smokey, chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla nose. Sipping reveals the graham cracker and a rich, dry roastyness. Really complex and stops short of being heavy handed.

Pours rich sable with an effervescent chocolaty head. Aroma has notes of smoky malt, quality coffee, molasses, and cocoa plus a shy hint of vanilla. Chocolate and vanilla are bolder in the flavor, standing firm on the foundation of toasty malt with coffee at their side. It is rather sweet, but not cloying. Texture is quite viscous, though fizz leaves something to be desired. Did the fizz sneak out of this bottle? Still, you’ll want s’more of this - but better have a designated driver.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy chocolate, molasses, burnt marshmallow, and vanilla. It pours a dark brown with some orange highlights and a small off-white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a very thin ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of moderate chocolate and a touch of graham cracker. The finish has moderate-heavy marshmallow and a touch of roast. It’s medium bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, I would think the heavy marshmallow would wear on me, but it doesn’t. This is damn good.

27-MAR-2014, bottle @Papsø clear all tasting, @Amager Bryghus with Ulkløbben. Black with lasting, Brown, quickly dying head. Aroma is chocolate and cocoa. Taste the same with marshmellows. Full body, sweet, medium carbonation. Sweet and rough. Really nice.
