3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
At local option. Good to see rare styles being brewed. Not bad but a little too salty and the yeasty-ness was maybe a bit cottony. Serving: tap

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Romans’ Pub. Pours hazy golden with a thin ultra dense but creamy white head. The aroma is lightly sour wheat with cloves, coriander, and pears. Taste is wheaty tangy bread with a subtle mineral and light coriander. There was a significant body, but not thick. Hard to explain that, but it felt nice.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Tooch4321...thanks Adam! - Pours pale golden with a thin white head. Nose is pear, melon, and banana, a little sugary sweetness, and no hops to speak of. Taste has much of the same--waves of tropical fruit, with a finish of mineral, fruit, and a little saltiness. Some grains peek through all the fruit in the finish. Pretty tasty, though it’s pretty simple. Soft and gently carbonated. Solid.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled at Perennial’s Midwest Belgian Beer Festival - Pours pale golden / orange with a small white head. The aroma has spice, pale malt, hint of saltiness and is very clean. It has a medium body with mild carbonation. The flavor starts with mild bready malt, mild fruit and a gentle softness to the flavor. The finish is clean and malty. Nothing that seems very fancy, but really enjoyable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz. bottle. Pours a watery golden color with a thin, fizzy white head. Aroma is earthy, basementy, cheesy, with lots of yogurt, funky and bizarre in a good way. Flavor is salty, malty, with dough and tart wheat notes. Somewhat acidic and mineral. Hay and cotton, wheat chaff. Slick bodied, finishes salty and interesting. Weird and bold for a new breweries flagship beer. But, it’s hard not to be excited about a brewery that takes a chance like this. Fun, approachable gose.
