Bottle poured a hazy gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of wheat, coriander, yeast, light lactic notes and light lemon zest. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, coriander, light lemon zest and light lactic notes with a crisp lingering citrus/coriander finish.

Bottle at Dadsgiving. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of lightly soured wheat, banana, coriander and hint of salt. Lighter bodied.

Bottle at Dadsgiving! Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Musk and a touch of wheat and citrus. Medium-bodied, touches of coriander, musky. Wheat and a bit of tang on the finish. Very nice.

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2013 Draft. This one just didn’t do it for me. Very salty and just an overload of wheat, but what I do know is it is better than 312 and people will indeed dig this.

Draft on tap at Oak Park Microbrew Review 2013 (Oak Park, IL). Pours a well hazed straw hue, bit of darkness in the middle. Good glow, cakey brighter white soapy head. Stays larger, laces well. Aromas gentle saltiness, wheat malts, a bit of dough, fruit gentle lacto yogurty feel. Initial is lighter end of the fold, crisp and bready, some gentle salt and spice. Mellow yeastiness, spice, subtle lacto. A bit sweet and bready, doughy into the middle. Backend is a bit salty, tart, and wheat. A bit salty, wheaty and gentle sweetness. Straw, dry flaked crusty bread. Not bad. A bit young, a touch sweet in the middle.

Bottle to taster (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks solid; a transparent light gold with foamy white head. Smells and tastes earthy, doughy, and salty with notes of coriander and a nice, dry mouthfeel. Not too shabby.
