Leicht trübes hellbräunlich-gelb. Schöner, feiner nicht zu üppiger Schaum. Malzig-getreidige Nase. Auf der Zunge überwiegt eine breite Malzaromatik. Die lokale Rohfrucht (Onsernonetal-Mais) ist präsent. Trotzdem frisch und süffig. Die passende Bittere erscheint erst im Nachtrunk. Angenehme Rezens. Gefälliges, gut gelungenes Produkt, wirkt im Habitus fast untergärig.
