Draught at RFD’s 11/7/05: Clear light-medium amber body with a small white head. The aroma is fresh (though not very assertive) grapefruit, showing lots of flavor in the nose without much bitterness. I guess that’s wet-hopping for you. Taste is fresh leafy hops, grapefruit, citrus, yet retaining a solid flavorful malt backbone with a hint of caramel. Medium bodied, light carbonation, finishes bitter yet not biting.

Crystal clear, deep amber body with light beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, light caramel, orange. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some caramel. Medium body, low carbonation, some acidity, some resin. Delicious, but a touch too sweet.
