Wit means "white" and is pronounced "vit". This Belgian ale is light, spicy and is pale in color.
You should taste and smell the coriander and orange peel used to give this brew its spiciness.
This is an unfiltered wheat beer and you should see a haze in your glass.
Very lightly hopped with only the best ’Noble’ hops.
You should taste the slight bitterness with little hop flavor.

On tap at the brewpub. Pale yellow body with no haze. The aroma was soapy with some lemons. The taste was light banana peels with clove and soap. Not very good.
