Aroma of creamy, golden malt and citrus hops, honey. Good hopping with golden malt flavor. Fruity, citrus, biscuity. Quite lager-like, but great fruity, grassy, hops. Nice citrus ale, refreshing with great hops. I wouldn’t call this a Koelsch.

Flavor is earthy, citrus hops, tropical, and a little malt, though not much. Could go for a nice session on a summer night. TimE (1368), Tokyo, Japan
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 11, 2007 A pale golden brew that has lots of fruity hops going on. I am sure they use whole flowers, they hop profile seems more like it was run through a Randal it is so potent. The mouth is light and actually has some malt. Not bitter enough in the finish, but this is one hell of a summer beer. steview (902), Los Angeles, California, USA
