Jul 27, 2008 Cask @ The Wharf, aalborg. Black colour. Aroma is a bit mild with roasted malt, chocolate and bitter hops. Thin mouthfeel. Mild bitter roasty malty flavour with dark fruits. Short roasty finish.

Jul 26, 2008 1/2 pint cask at The Wharf, Aalborg. Aroma is roasted malt. Flavor is roasted malt and coffee, sweet dark fruit, some hoppy bitterness - and that´s nice!

Almost black, tiny off-white head. Dark and roasty aroma. Well-balanced in the mouth - burnt at first, but more bitterness coming from hops quite quickly afterwards. All round solid stout - very drinkable.

Apr 13, 2008 A Sim rate (cask at Planet Thanet): Strong aroma of whiskey and rubber. It’s sweet and sour. Dark, almost opaque appearance with no head. The initial hitof chemical and cleaning products nearly put me off, but luckily the stout-like flavours of chocolate and coffee came through, overshadowing the slight tarmac and rubber taste underneath.
