Dark amber, clear, thin white head.
Aroma of caramel malts, some fruitiness, not much hops on the nose.
Taste - Caramel malts, bit of roasted malt, fruity, bit of toffee, rich, very subtle spices, good flavour, well balanced.
Palate - soft carb, medium body, smooth, some sweetness, not much bitterness, bit sticky texture. FInish - smooth, continuation of main flavour, cleans well off the palate.
A good tasting premium bitter, spices acting only as a subtle adjunct. I like this one.

Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 031211

A good british bitter. Good bitterness and a spicy taste. Cloudy redish colour with a white head.

Cask, The Swim Inn, Sheffield. Medium copper colour, orange zest aroma. Sweet then cinnamon ginger and brown sugar come through. Balanced long finish.

Tasty beer, in JDW Childwall (Fiveways) just now actually. Christmasy beer, spicey, xmas puddingness to it.

nose is decent caramel malt, leaves, quite sweet, hazel, feel is watery, carb is mediumheavy, taste is leaves, dry quite bitter hops, late dry lemon

500ml bottle pours a nice light amber color with a finger and a half of off-white head and some decent lacing. Aroma is light fruity and some aromatic hops. Taste is malty sweet with a hint of fruit and spice with a pleasing hoppy bitter finish. I was pleasantly surprised after tasting this one.
