sm89walt (168), Norwich and Canterbury, Norfolk, England Jan 23, 2008 Bottle. Hazy, dark amber in colour with a small, slightly off-white head. The aromas consist of clean citric tones; a conventional hoppy bitterness too. Its flavours begin quite sweet, but this caramel-based sweetness soon gives way to more citric characters, this time on the tongue. A fresh yet dry hoppy bitterness soon commands the finish.

Info: 500ml bottle, 8/1-2008 EHSRanders (661), Randers C, Denmark Jun 12, 2008 Bottle. Hazy amber colour with huge creamy off-white fully lasting head. Malty aroma. Sweet fruity flavor. Bitter finish. Powertrip (63), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Apr 10, 2008 What’s the first thing that makes its way into my nose? Coca cola? Unique! Accompanying it are cherries, pinapple and some orange. Very festive and sweet aroma indeed, and nicely balanced. Pretty on the eye no less, a multiple orange to bright red mirage. Lot’s of flavour here but slightly too light on the palate. The bitterness is kept at bay while the orange and some cocoa make itself dominant. Finish is almost to short, but not a tragedy. Leaves a sugary coating in the mouth. Overall a fine seasonal! Beer_2000 (1124), Kristiansand, Norway Apr 6, 2008 Cask @ The Warf/Aalborg (named Hooker six nation 2008 – in accordance with my reliable source, this should be the same beer). Hazy, dark golden body with a small off-white head. Refreshing, fruity aroma of peaches and yeast. Flavor is sweet malt, bitter, citrus fruity and some caramel. Medium body and light hoppy finish. KimJohansen (2460), Copenhagen V, Denmark Mar 30, 2008 Dark amber with large off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of malt and caramel. Flavor goes same way and ends sweet.
