Bottle. Off white head with a black silk body.nose is lighter than expected. flavour is mocha but the palette a bit watery. I have to say have had this on draught and is a lot better. The port does balance the bitterness and is a good drinkable beer.

Very dark with thick creamy head. Looks great, makes me expect a great, deep, complex stout. Ended up being lighter, with dark burnt wood and chocolate, and even a bitterness and coffee. Not sure I taste the port. The thinness makes it drinkable, but also not something I need again.

Pitch black pour all the way to the edges and two fingers of light tan head. Some great sticky film of lacing. The nose really lets on to the sweet port wine, vinuous and sticky over some roasted stout malts and a bit of hop and chocolate bitterness. Taste is smooth roasty malt, licorice and chocolate, then a rush of port wine, sweet and tart fruits and a great finish.

Wow, this is a great stout with lots of chocolate flavours, then a creamyness and a bitterness coming through dont know why they dont sell it in pubs it is surely a great stout. Sadly I try to avoid chocolate/coffee flavoured stouts.

Pours almost pitch black, fluffy white/brown head. Mainly chocolate nose with a slight vinous tinge to it. Strong chocolaty bitterness is the main flavour, not a lot of port coming through at all. There is a very slight fruitiness which is probably due to the port. But a good stout regardless! Very drinkable.

Bottle from Bottleworks in Seattle, WA--Poured a dark dark black-brown body with a hint of red and a thick grey-tan head. Roasted sweet vinous tart nose. Chocolaty and chewy. Port flavor added an interesting touch. Thi sbeer would;ve been good with a sharp cheese.

Bottle. Very dark brown pour, medium head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Similar flavor with a somewhat bitter finish. Decent stout, but I didn’t find any port characteristics in it.
