Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
We'll leave a deeper description of the flavour of our summer ale to a real expert, renowned beer authority Roger Protz: "Citric fruit aroma, sweet malt in mouth, not too dry. Juicy malt complements hop fruit. Finish and palate dominated by flavours that burst on the tongue."
Cask is 4.2%

Bottled at Haket. Very hazy golden. Medium white head. Fresh and spicy aroma; a bit like a weissbier. Spicy citrus in the flavour.

Bottle (50 cl) at Haket, Göteborg, Sweden. Cloudy orangle golden, medium white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with notes of apricots and lemon. Well balanced with a mild bitterness. It both looks and tastes a bit like a Hefeweizen.

[1320-20080425] 500mL bottle. Light refreshing fruit aroma with a bit of sweaty bread. Clear, yellow brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Bland light fruity yeast flavour is a little boozy. Light-medium body is bubbly. Refreshing but bland.
