ogivlado (3036), Zagreb, Croatia Apr 2, 2009 Bottled(500ml). -Orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, light citrusy nose. Hoppy, citric fruity and flowery taste with notes of honey and Cascade in the finish. Big sediment at the bottom. PJClarke (610), London, Greater London, England Mar 7, 2009 Very sweet and lightly fruity. Crisp. I’m really not drinking this at the right time of year but I shall endeavour to imagine some warmth in the air. Good cereal notes throughout but it lacks a really refreshing finish. It peters away to a very nothing, tongue-coating residue. thebeertourist (2753), Oslo, Norway Feb 13, 2009 Bottle. Hazy golden with a good white head. Citrus hop nose followed by acidic fruity hop and sweet malts flavours. Refreshing. probstk (1011), Nepean, Ontario, Canada Jan 15, 2009 500 ml bottle from Bieropholie, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. BB 07 07 09. DE09/08.
App.: Clear, fairly deep golden, fair white froth.
Aroma: Grain, cereal, apples, fruitiness, sweet, almost like a Belgian ale, with some light floral honey and sort of lemony notes, slightly earthy, light caramel.
Palate: Medium-ish body and large, soft, sparse bubbles of carbonation.
Flav.: Yeasty and earthy-lemony, quite like a Belgian ale again, some leafy earthy hops and light nuttiness, less fruity than the nose; lightly off-dry with some bitterness.
Quite enjoyable, really. I was pleasantly surprised. cgarvieuk (4159), Edinburgh, Scotland Jan 2, 2009 cask at cloisters edinburgh ... amber ... sweet orange light hop nose ... very fruity light sweet and fruity larsniclas (3383), Gothenburg, Sweden Sep 10, 2008 Bottled at Haket.

Spicy citrus in the flavour. ekstedt (2411), Göteborg, Sweden Sep 6, 2008 Bottle (50 cl) at Haket, Göteborg, Sweden. Cloudy orangle golden, medium white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with notes of apricots and lemon. Well balanced with a mild bitterness. It both looks and tastes a bit like a Hefeweizen.
