Commercial Description:
Cask and bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Pale and Caramalt malts; First Gold and Cascade hops.
Roger Protz: "Citric fruit aroma, sweet malt in mouth, not too dry. Juicy malt complements hop fruit. Finish and palate dominated by flavours that burst on the tongue."

[1320-20080425] 500mL bottle. Light refreshing fruit aroma with a bit of sweaty bread. Clear, yellow brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Bland light fruity yeast flavour is a little boozy. Light-medium body is bubbly. Refreshing but bland.

bottle 500ml 4,3€ from CM Lohja EXP 210808 Color:murky yellow, nice head taste: fruity, citrus after kick nice hops. Bit grapefruit. Nice and tasty bitter fruity summer drink. It’s shame that maybe high price keeps potential consumers away and best before day is soon. I bought it a week ago!

0.5 l bottle. Golden color with small head, good head retention. Flowery-citrusy hops and honeyish malt in balance in the aroma. Dry minerally flavor with light maltiness, ligh floral hopppiness, honey and low bitterness. A bit watery, but still a good summer drink.

Tasting notes from 2004 Banbury beer festival. Golden / yellow with thin head. Citrus and floral aroma. Citrus, fruit, and hop balance. Crisp, refreshing with dry, hop finish.

500ml bottle shared with Finn Arvid. Moderate off-white head over a cloudy, amber body. Fruit-hoppy aroma. Smooth taste of oranges leading to a rounded bitter ending. Quite refreshing, but little more than average for the style (courtesy of Skinnyviking, Copenhagen 29.05.2008).
