Commercial Description:
Cask and bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Pale and Caramalt malts; First Gold and Cascade hops.
Roger Protz: "Citric fruit aroma, sweet malt in mouth, not too dry. Juicy malt complements hop fruit. Finish and palate dominated by flavours that burst on the tongue."

A dark yellow beer with no head. The aroma is fruity, malty, and sweet. The flavor is flat and prickling with notes of oranges and fruit. An average beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, amber golden with an almost non-existing head. Lightly citrusy aroma. Very light body with no real malt feel but a dry, hoppy finish - sort of quinine style. 291006

Light copper color. Light grassy hop aroma. Some crispy malt taste, with a partially aromatic hopping; strong bitterness. Quite simple but pleasant.

Gravity cask at Ashford Rugby Club. Orange coloured beer, honey and ginger aroma, smooth in mouth with good spicey hop finish. Bit watery in mouth but quite nice. 3.0/5.0 Re-rate Cask gravity at Ealing BF 2008. Gold, thin white head. Actually it is very distinctive, some banana on it, even some bubblegum. Pretty good British wheat beer. Some lemon. Really quite subtle, different and enjoybable.
