Countbeer (4391) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 4, 2012
Draught: Small vast slow disappearing creamy light tan head on top of a murky dark orange brown colored beer. Smell is light vinous, some cherries, barleys, some sweets like other red fruit, fresh hops, light floral. Good smell! Taste fresh hops, citrus, red fruit, cherry, berries, nettle, barleys. Some sweets and bitter (and sour) equal divided. Very nice hop hidden well after some sticky barleys and sticky red fruit. Aftertaste is a short mix of light bitter, less sour and some barleys. Low carbo, tingly spicy mouthfeel, medium to lightly fuller body and a creamy texture. I like this beer.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2012 Note: "Christmas blend special, made for Cafe Buitenlust Oirschot. Apparently only a single batch of 50 liters made." Very dark red-brown color, big off-white to beige head. Smell malts and a lot of herbs or spices: nutmeg, clove, cinnamon. Taste is -thank god- a little less spicy. Malts, clove, rosemary. Still dont like it, but its slightly better then the smell. Average carbo, medium body.
